Be Part of the Journey

I am proud of my military service. It has given me the opportunity to work with some extraordinary and inspirational groups of people both in peace time and on operations. These experiences have taught me to listen and learn and in turn develop and deliver effective coaching and training to bring out the best in people. Personal Battles

I believe that there really are no boundaries to what individuals can achieve, if they truly believe in themselves. For me it’s not been an easy journey, having been diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic over twenty five years ago and more recently suffering from IBD eventually leading to life changing surgery. These disabilities have driven me to achieve what many had stated was impossible. I am proof that anything is possible and hope to assist all those who participate with Extreme Outdoors to have their own life changing experience.
